Terms of Service

- I have the right to refuse a commission.

- I accept light NSFW (no nudity) commisions

a. People under 18 years old cannot avail my art services.

b. Clients should discuss their ideas and whole order concept before setting payment

c. Clients need to provide email for contact purpose and adding to waitlist board purpose

d. Clients are not allowed to use my artwork on AI softwares.

e. I have a right to decline waitlist spot if client does not answer during 10 days.

- Commissions usually take 2 weeks to 1 month. Situation varies, however you will be notified for unexpected circumstances. I update whole process and open to sending photos of proof of work during drawing.

• Cancellation of commission is only possible if the invoice payment has not yet been settled.

• No refunds after the commission has been confirmed

• Clients can ask for huge revisions on the sketch phase such as changing the pose entirely, changing the character's expression, etc. Work is separated for 4 stages : sketch,lineart,flat colors and finished. During all 3 stages client has right to do up to 5 revisions every stage. After piece is completed, revisions take fee.

• Changing colors after art is finished don't require fee.
 

a. Client must credit ShiraishiYoki if the work is posted or used anywhere in their platform. This includes character design commissions.

b. Client must not edit / trace / distribute / modify / make of merchandise the commissioned artwork without my permission

c. Clients must inform me beforehand if they want to have their artwork posted on my platform first or if they would want to post it instead.

e. Using my artworks for Twitch panels, banners, and stream decor do not require a fee. But please do credit me when you use them on your account.
